OUR LOGO AND ETHOS

The silver fern symbolises Aotearoa New Zealand and reflects growth, renewal, leadership, and the responsibility to guide others forward. Its upward arc represents development over time — from capability to mastery — aligning with the Academy’s role in long-term workforce and leadership development. The interior patterns honour Pacific and Māori heritage, acknowledging the foundational role of culture, identity, and community in sustainable education and resilience.

The emu feather represents Australia and embodies endurance, adaptability, and forward movement — qualities essential in times of workforce disruption and crisis. The Aboriginal design beneath the feather acknowledges First Nations wisdom and the deep human knowledge systems that underpin practical leadership, safety, and care.

The play on words of The ANZAC spirit, with one of the founders being a New Zealand Veteran who served with Australian Veterans, opens up the veteran community and a proud history of Aussies and Kiwi's shoulder to shoulder serving their country and community.

Together, the two feathers remain distinct yet aligned, symbolising partnership rather than assimilation — two nations, cultures, and systems working side by side with mutual respect.

What We Offer

We offer bespoke, personally designed and clinically endorsed global empowerment workshops for organisations.

All workshops are underpinned by online course content, offering hybrid in-person and online training, as well as 1:1 and group coaching.

Our Corporate Workshops begin with #Crisisleadership which trended at Number 1 on LinkedIn during COVID 19. And yes, the # is intentional as you will learn in the workshop. All of our workshops have the option of organisational level or 1:1 or group coaching options.

In a true ANZAC initiative, New Zealand Veteran Dion Jensen partners with Australian Vietnam Veteran Kevin Lloyd Thomas for veterans to become 'Reinforcements For Society.' Both with solutions to PTSD and Suicide, they have combined forces to provide solutions to youth issues in their community. Kevin is pioneering 'Sailing Back To Life' combining his life lessons as a 19 year old in the jungles of Vietnam, with his love of sailing, to help youth navigate the storms of life.
